What is the Plus AI MCP server?

The Plus AI Model Context Protocol (MCP) server allows AI agents and LLMs to interact with the Plus AI API through natural conversation. By using the MCP standard, this remote server can act as a bridge between various AI applications and the Plus AI API, allowing users to automate various presentation workflows without needing to set up a complex API integration.

For end-users, this makes it easier to access Plus AI features through natural language. For developers, it makes it easier to connect the Plus AI MCP to other AI agents and third-party applications.

What can I do with the Plus AI MCP server?

• Create Presentation: Create a new presentation from a prompt or data source.

  • As part of the presentation request, you can specify a number of parameters including the number of slides, the language of the output presentation, and the template to use.

  • For more information on these parameters, refer to the Presentations API documentation.

How to set up the Plus AI MCP server

1. Sign up for Plus AI. If you don’t already have an account you can sign up at https://app.plusdocs.com/register.

2. Select the following options when connecting to the MCP server:

   1. MCP URL: https://mcp.plusai.com/

   2. Authentication method: OAuth

   3. Description (If necessary): Use Plus AI to create professionally-designed PowerPoint presentations.

3. Follow the login process and sign in with either Microsoft or Google SSO.

4. Once you are authenticated, you can ask for presentations using natural language, and Plus AI will return a download link for your presentation file.
