Free trial
You need a paid plan to use Plus AI. If you're new to Plus, all paid plans come with a 7 day free trial.
Starting a trial requires a credit card, which will be automatically charged at the end of the trial. You can cancel at any time to avoid getting charged.
Previous customers do not qualify for the free trial.
Paid plans
Select a Plus subscription based on what you need:
The Basic plan unlocks unlimited AI generation and editing in Google Slides and PowerPoint.
The Pro plan unlocks more features, like longer character limits on your prompts and the ability to upload a file and convert it to a presentation.
The Team plan allows you to save custom brand colors, fonts, and upload a logo to use when generating presentations. It also unlocks collaboration features like saved presets and custom instructions.
Paid plans are priced per user. If your organization has multiple users, the entire org will be upgraded, and we will automatically calculate the price at checkout. You cannot upgrade individual users in an organization.
When you add (or remove) a user to (from) your organization, we immediately bill (or credit) you a prorated amount for the additional user.

When checking out on Stripe (our payment processor), click Add a promotion code.
Manage or cancel my subscription
Only the owner of the organization can manage a paid plan.
Cancel my subscription
Make sure you login with the correct email address associated with your account.
In your browser:
Go to https://app.plusdocs.com/billing-portal. Click on Manage plan to open your subscription in Stripe (our payment processor). Then click on Cancel subscription.
From Google Slides or PowerPoint:
Open the New Presentation window, then click on Manage Plans and Billing.

Upgrade or downgrade
In your browser:
Go to https://app.plusdocs.com/billing-portal. Click on Manage plan to open your subscription in Stripe (our payment processor). Then click on Update subscription and select your new plan.
From Google Slides or PowerPoint:
Open the New Presentation window, then click on Manage Plans and Billing.
Our paid plans are subscriptions that will automatically renew every month or every year unless you cancel. We do not issue refunds for subscription payments, so make sure you remember to cancel.
When you upgrade to a higher tiered plan, you'll be billed immediately for the difference between the two plans, pro-rated for the amount of time left in the billing cycle.
When you downgrade to a lower tiered plan, your account will be credited for the time remaining on your original plan, which will be applied to your future payments.
Change to a different billing frequency
You can also change from monthly billing to annual billing (or vice versa) in the same billing portal.
If you're switching from a monthly to an annual plan, you will be billed immediately for the difference between the two plans, pro-rated for the amount of time left in the billing cycle.
If you're switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan, your account will be credited for the payment you already made for your annual plan, which will be applied to your future monthly payments.
FAQs
Which plan is right for me?
If you just want to unlock unlimited AI, get the Basic plan.
If you need more advanced features, especially custom themes or longer prompts for your slides, get the Pro plan.
How do Plus subscriptions work?
Prices are based on the number of users in your team. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, depending on what you choose.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds on subscription payments.
Do I need separate subscriptions for Google Slides and PowerPoint?
Your Plus AI subscription includes both Google Slides and PowerPoint. You can use Plus AI in both apps if you want.
How does the free trial work?
New Plus customers can try a paid plan for 7 days before committing. Free trials require a credit card, but you can cancel at any time during the trial period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the billing portal: https://app.plusdocs.com/billing-portal
You will likely need to login again. Make sure you login with the email address associated with your Plus account.
Does uninstalling the Google Workspace add-on (or the PowerPoint add-in) cancel my Plus subscription?
No! Uninstalling the Google add-on or Microsoft add-in does not cancel your Plus subscription or delete your Plus account.
Please make sure you cancel your subscription to avoid getting charged.
Can I have a refund?
We don't offer refunds on paid subscriptions. Make sure you remember to cancel your subscription if you don't want to be charged.

Why should I invite someone to my team?
Team members have access to paid plan features, including longer character limits for prompts and a shared library of themes.
You will be billed for each additional team member you invite.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
When you upgrade to a more expensive plan, Stripe (our payment provider) will automatically calculate the difference between the new plan and the current plan, prorated for the amount of time remaining in your billing cycle (either monthly or annually).
You'll be immediately billed for that pro-rated difference, then continue to be billed for the new plan amount on your regular billing date.
When you downgrade, Stripe will calculate the same pro-rated difference, which will be applied to your account as a credit. That credit will be automatically applied to future payments. Note that your account is not credited if you cancel.
What happens when I invite (or remove) team members?
On monthly plans, you'll see a prorated charge for the new team member on your next month's bill, in addition to the regular price for that team member.
Example: Chloe upgrades to the Slides plan as a single user, then invites Dan after a couple of weeks. Her monthly bills look like this:
Month 1: $10 ($10 x 1 user)
Month 2: $25 ($10 x 2 users + 50 x $10 x 1 user (Dan for half of the previous month)
On annual plans, you'll immediately be billed for the prorated cost of the new member.
If you remove a team member, your account will be credited for the prorated remainder of that user's subscription, which will automatically be applied to your next bill.
I need an invoice or receipt for my subscription
Go to the Stripe billing portal: https://app.plusdocs.com/billing-portal
You will likely need to login again. Make sure you login with the email address associated with your Plus account. You should then be redirected to Stripe (our payment provider). If not, go that URL again after logging in.
You'll be able to view previous payments and download those invoices.
